Code of Ethics

All personnel of Silver & Associates, Ltd. shall conduct all business in accordance with this Code of Ethics, and their employment shall be conditional on their continuing conduct in accordance with this Code of Ethics.

  1. Maintain a high standard of fairness, honesty and courtesy in the conduct of business and avoid any activity which would bring reproach to the collection profession or the insurance field.
  2. Provide efficient, competent collection services and counsel; protect the interests of insured’s as well as insurance creditors; and give prompt and diligent attention to all claims received for collection.
  3. Not make any implication or suggestion that Silver & Associates, Ltd. is a law firm or a branch of or associated with any department of the federal or local government.
  4. Comply fully with instructions given by insurance and commercial clients in the processing of claims.
  5. Show due recognition for an insured’s expressed hardships and make considerations based on the merits of their individual cases.
  6. Ensure that all personnel are familiar with this Code of Ethics and that they are in full compliance.
